Scrumpiricism: The Daily Scrum Questions

This is just a non-prescriptive example for any team starting its Scrum journey.

The Daily Scrum Questions: What did I do since the last Daily Scrum to achieve the Sprint Goal? What do I commit to do after this Daily Scrum to achieve the Sprint Goal? Do I see any impediment that prevents me or the team from meeting the Sprint Goal? In 15 minutes or less, 'review' what’s been done in the last 24 hours, 'plan' the work to be done in the next 24 hours and leave the details for the discussion just after.

The Daily Scrum Questions: A little before the Sprint comes to an end, ask these questions. Could we start stopping and stop starting? What tasks could we complete now and conclude the Stories planned for this Sprint?

The Daily Scrum Questions: At the beginning of the last day of the Sprint, it might be worthwhile to ask these questions. What do we demonstrate? Who demonstrates which Story?
