DPTASM 08: Illustration
Illustration through comparison!
This is just an illustration and probably the most important part of this white-paper! In this illustration, I am presenting details of two cases. In the first case [CASE 01], Test Automation has been done across the products and projects teams in the organization in, more or less, a conventional way. In the second case [CASE 02], Test Automation, based on DUCOA Architecture and Design, has been done with the DPM’s Productized Test Automation Service Model (DPTASM) deployed in the organization.
You may just compare these two cases to gain a better understanding about how this model generates substantial benefits while it reduces cost of Test Automation drastically. The idea here is not to present a literal, numerical and quantified picture of the delta.
The idea, rather, is to provide a hint on what delta may be achieved by deploying DPM’s Productized Test Automation Service Model (DPTASM). The exact delta, in any case, would depend on several factors including the Test Automation Approach and Test Automation Framework Architecture and design pertaining to the case. The extent of achievable delta, in most of the cases, is a factor dependent on the specific context in question. Next Page >>
